Booking & Attendance Policy
1. Class Schedule and Enrollment
-
Weekly Schedule: Tai Chi classes are held twice per week: Monday (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM) and Wednesday (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM). All classes are one hour in duration.
-
Designated Class Day (Once per Week): Students enrolling for once-per-week attendance must select a primary class day (Monday OR Wednesday) upon registration. This day is reserved for them for the duration of the payment cycle.
2. Payment Structure and Refunds
-
Payment Options: Students can enroll using one of the following prepaid packages:
-
Monthly (4 weeks): Once per week OR Twice per week.
-
Quarterly (12 weeks): Once per week OR Twice per week.
-
-
Payment Policy: Payment for the chosen package is due in full before the first scheduled class.
-
No Refunds: All payments are final. Once a payment is made for a package, there are no refunds for any reason, including change of mind, illness, travel, or withdrawal from the course.
3. Attendance, Missed Classes, and Deductions
-
Dedicated Spot: Your payment secures a dedicated spot in your chosen class(es).
-
No Swapping: The payment for a spot on one day cannot be transferred to another class day or time within the same week. A student registered for Monday cannot attend on Wednesday instead.
-
Student Absence (No-Show Policy): If a student is unable to attend their designated class(es) for any reason, the fee for that session will still be deducted from their prepaid package. The missed session will not be refunded, credited, or carried over to a future date.
4. Instructor Cancellation
-
No Deduction for Instructor Cancellation: If the instructor is required to cancel a class (e.g., due to illness or emergency), the session will not be deducted from the student's prepaid package.
-
Resolution: The instructor will either provide a make-up class at an alternative time or add a credit for the missed class to the student’s next payment cycle.
