ESSENTIAL CLASSES: TAI CHI and CHI KUNG
Classes focusing on relaxation, Qigong, 1st part of long sequence and basic Pushing Hands.
Typical training include:
Various Qigong (Wai Dan Standing Meditation, Small Circulation, etc.)
Practice the exercises from Tai Chi sequence
1st part Tai Chi sequence (learning, practice, corrections)
Basic Pushing Hands and Centering.
Mondays 7.30PM-8.30PM: Meetups
